REFUND POLICY
(Mythic Vendor – Digital Products)

OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Mythic Vendors (Mythicvendors.com), operated by Mythic Drop LLC.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS
All sales are final.

Because our products are only digital goods (including downloads, access-based content, vendor lists, and digital resources), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

PURCHASE RESPONSIBILITY
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the product you are buying and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you have any questions before purchasing, you should contact us to confirm the product is right for you.

DELIVERY OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience issues receiving or accessing your product, contact us at MythicDropLLC@icloud.com.

We will assist you with:

  • locating your download
  • resending access or delivery emails
  • troubleshooting access issues
  • confirming correct checkout details

You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for support.

WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED
If you purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing or downloading the product.

If the product has not been accessed, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • provide a replacement product, or
  • issue store credit

No changes or credits will be issued after the product has been accessed.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If you experience an issue, contact us first at MythicDropLLC@icloud.com.

Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in:

  • immediate revocation of access
  • account suspension or restriction

EXCEPTIONS
We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • failure to read product descriptions
  • incompatibility with your device or software
  • lack of results or expectations from informational products

If there is a genuine issue (such as a corrupted file or failure of delivery), we will work to resolve it.
